NFL nominated for FOUR National Pig Awards
We are thrilled to have been nominated for four National Pig Awards ahead of this autumn’s prestigious event, including Outdoor Producer of the Year.
With the full list of nominees revealed on Monday, we were grateful to receive a nomination in the Herd Productivity category alongside this recognition of the continued progress we’ve made as a business this year.
In particular, however, we are overjoyed to see two members of the NFL team recognised by the judges for individual awards.
Eddie Clarke has been nominated for Stockperson of the Year. Eddie, who leads one of our free-range teams in Norfolk, will mark 23 years with North Farm Livestock shortly before the awards evening itself. The judging panel have shown they value Eddie’s enormous contribution to the success of our business and his dedication to the sector by shortlisting him for this award.
In the Young Pig Farmer of the Year category, we are exceptionally pleased to see Adam Patterson nominated. Adam manages one of our outdoor-breeding farms. This nomination is a testament to both the excellent performance of his herd and his commitment to his farm, his stock and his team.
We look forward to attending the event in November to celebrate their achievements in being nominated for the awards. Keep your fingers crossed for them!
