It all begins with our breeding stock.

Our Breeding farms are overseen by experienced, award-winning stock staff. Working in small teams, each farm has a core group of staff, its own designated machinery and state-of-the-art kit.

Each single-parity herd currently comes from our in-house Gilt Mating Unit and operates on a four-week-weaning system.

Our pigs spend their entire time with us outdoors.

Our Free-Range farms are managed by staff who have spent almost 25 years honing their craft. Our teams each oversee a group of farms where they are responsible for the welfare and performance of their stock.

We have a wealth of opportunities in our Free-Range operation for people who want to progress their careers and be part of an exciting and growing business.

Our business operates over thousands of acres across the region. Ensuring each site is ready to accommodate our stock. that our machinery and kit is maintained and that the land is kept as it should be is vital to the success of our business.
